Terms of Use
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These terms describe the rules for using HumanizeHub. By creating an account, posting a project, or accepting work, you agree to follow them. HumanizeHub is currently an independent early-stage platform, not a law firm, bank, or licensed escrow provider.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter the agreements you make through the platform. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable projects
You may post content you own or are authorized to edit. Projects must have a lawful, honest purpose. HumanizeHub may remove content or restrict accounts that create risk for users, the platform, or third parties.
Prohibited use
- Plagiarism, copyright infringement, impersonation, or fabricated credentials.
- Ghostwritten graded coursework, exams, admissions material, or academic fraud.
- Requests whose purpose is to bypass AI detection or conceal deceptive authorship.
- Illegal, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, or dangerous content.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or security abuse.
- Spam, manipulated reviews, payment fraud, or attempts to evade platform controls.
Confidentiality
Applicants must accept the project confidentiality clause before working with private material. Unless the owner gives written permission, the worker may use project content only to complete the project and may not publish, sell, train on, or distribute it. Technical controls reduce casual disclosure but cannot prevent a determined person from photographing or recording a screen.
Ownership and licenses
The owner retains rights in the original material. After agreed payment is confirmed, the worker assigns the deliverable to the owner to the extent permitted by law, except for pre-existing tools or material identified before the project. Each party promises that material they provide does not violate another person's rights.
Payments and disputes
The current platform records an approve-then-pay confirmation flow, but payments are made directly between users. HumanizeHub does not hold funds. Users should agree on price, deadline, scope, and late-delivery terms before work begins. A dispute can pause approval while the parties discuss a resolution, but the platform does not guarantee recovery of money or performance.
Reviews and enforcement
Reviews must reflect a real completed project. Fraud, abuse, repeated material breaches, or accumulated strikes may lead to restricted access or account removal.
No professional advice or warranty
Content and services are provided “as is.” HumanizeHub does not guarantee that an edited document is factually correct, legally compliant, original, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by a publisher, employer, school, or automated system. Users must perform their own final review.
Changes
These terms may change as the product develops. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
