Privacy Policy

HumanizeHub ("we", "the platform") is a marketplace where content owners post AI-generated markdown projects and human editors apply to humanize and restyle them. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

• Account data — your email address, a username, and a hashed password, used to create and secure your account.
• Project content — the markdown you hand over, edited versions, project descriptions, timelines, and chat messages between the two parties of a project.
• Reputation data — ratings and reviews you give and receive, shown publicly on your profile.
• Audit logs— records of workspace views and downloads, kept to protect both parties' work.

Project content is visible only to the project's owner and its accepted worker, enforced by database row-level security. Workspace views are watermarked and logged. We do not sell, license, or use your project content for any purpose other than operating the platform.

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication) and the site is served by Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf.

We use cookies strictly for authentication — keeping you signed in. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies of our own.

We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. Third-party vendors' use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies.

Payments are arranged directly between project owners and workers. We record payment confirmation status but do not collect or store card numbers or bank details.

You can view and update your profile at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must keep to protect the other party of completed contracts (e.g. reviews and audit logs). Contact us to exercise these rights.

Account and project data is kept while your account is active. Cancelled or deleted open projects are removed along with their applications.

We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
